The Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Marketing team to support Pepperstone's overall strategic objectives across acquisition, retention, digital, brand and customer experience. As our Marketing Assistant, you will be involved in all facets of marketing including website management, advertising campaigns, data analysis, social media, search marketing, event coordination and content creation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role or looking to get into marketing, with a positive and can-do attitude where you will have ample opportunities to learn and develop your career in marketing.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working with SEO, content team and website product owners to lead the review, updating and improvement of onsite content across multiple websites
- Writing copy for website, emails, text ads, banners, native ads, and social media
- Proofreading content, ensuring the tone of voice and written style guide is maintained at all times
- Organizing and overseeing advertising campaigns
- Supporting client and promotional events
- Supporting EMEA social media channels, through campaigns and posts that promote regional initiatives
- Working with the PPC and Programmatic Manager to optimize paid search and programmatic campaigns, driving higher conversion rates at lower CPA
- Conducting market research and analysis of marketing campaigns, brand awareness and industry trends
- Managing translations with internal and external translators
- Assisting with ad hoc department duties
About You:
- Good written communications skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and manage time
