Alpha Affiliates has been working in the iGaming industry for more than 10 years and is currently recruiting a team of professionals in the online entertainment market.

Responsibilities:
- Forming a medibuying team from scratch (Google PPC, Fb, UAC);
- Development of new and increasing effectiveness of existing processes, testing hypotheses;
- Forming effective unit structure and hiring managers;
- Generating effective bindings, procurement of traffic, maintenance, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns;
- Working with trackers (keitaro, binom, appsflyer) and analytics systems (Google Analytics etc.);
- Development and implementing cloaking schemes;
- Analysis of competitors ad campaigns;
- Testing of new direct and 3rd party offers;
- Analytics and constant optimisation of purchased traffic;
- Providing reports to superior.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Google mechanics, bans and optimization methods;
- Traffic generation at huge volumes in iGaming/betting verticals;
- At least 3 years of experience in media buyer position is mandatory;
- At least 2 years of experience in building and heading a media buying department, mentoring, managing a team of subordinates (media buyers, programmers, designers, farmers, analytics);
- Experience in building department business processes and interacting with related units;
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and ability to listen, to find compromise solutions and negotiate;
- English - Upper Intermediate (B2 verbal and written) or higher;
- Personal characteristics: responsibility, initiative, proactivity, desire to become better as a professional, work for results, diligence, respect for the work of colleagues.
