The role

Exinity has an exciting senior opportunity for a digital-led Senior Designer/ Head Designer with experience managing a team.
If you have right portfolio and skills, it could be a step up for a midweight designer.
Working closely with the London-based CD, you’ll create and craft work for global comms across digital, social, CRM, TV and more. You will manage and develop a small but growing team of designers to create concepts and craft identity for both our brands.
The dream applicant will be a passionate perfectionist. Someone as obsessed as we are with great ideas and beautiful design. You will be hands-on and a conceptual approach is essential as you will be asked to work conceptually with the CD and other creatives.
Based in Limasool Cyprus or our London offices near Tower Bridge, this is a global role. Our products are accessed from all over the world, so you will get the chance to understand exciting and diverse markets. Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Work in a quick turnaround, results-driven team in a business that’s poised for growth
- Design and oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
- Nurture, manage and develop your team
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Increase user friendliness in digital products
- Maintain brand consistency on all communications
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- Coordinate a graphics or photographic library and/or maintain digital records.
Requirements
- Relevant degree and experience in design department or agency
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign), Figma
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Relevant experience or understanding of UX
