What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role;
  • Ability to work independently and organize a variety of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be considered a plus

What will you do:

  • Introduce the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales
  • Upsell to existing customers
  • Assist customers with their onboarding process (e.g. facilitate their KYC process as an intermediary between the customer and the company's KYC department, follow-up on pending issues, etc.)
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
  • Update customer information in the database;
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
