What we expect from you:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role;
- Ability to work independently and organize a variety of tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be considered a plus
What will you do:
- Introduce the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales
- Upsell to existing customers
- Assist customers with their onboarding process (e.g. facilitate their KYC process as an intermediary between the customer and the company's KYC department, follow-up on pending issues, etc.)
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
- Update customer information in the database;
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
