We are at an exciting stage as we diversify into new markets and we are looking to hire a Back Office Administrator to join our client funding team in Limassol, Office.


Job Description

  • Processing all types of transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers and promotions/bonuses in liaison with the Company's regulations and policies
  • Dealing with a review of transactions and applying anti-fraud measures into incoming and outgoing transactions
  • Dealing with charge-backs and retrievals according to the Company's procedures and policies
  • Responding to client requests and inquiries related to their funding activity via email
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's anti-money laundering procedure
  • Process applications for the opening of new client's accounts into the Company's software
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and updated in the Company's software
  • Respond to any emails received from clients regarding queries on account opening processes
  • Follow the company's KYC procedure for all potential end existing clients
  • Conducting ongoing monitoring for high-risk clients
  • Ensuring compliance with the Company's anti-money laundering procedures
  • Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to account opening procedure

Requirements

  • University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent command of the English language is a must - any other language is considered as an advantage
  • Computer Literacy with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Characteristics of integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability
  • Great attention to detail and proactive character
  • Previous experience in Funding will be considered an advantage
  • Basic or advanced Cysec examination will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work in afternoon shifts when needed
