Job Description

We are looking for a CORPORATE TRAINER whose responsibility is planning and implementing various training measures to help the employees in the Sales and Service Departments in their daily communication with customers. The success of the employees means the success of you as a Corporate Trainer.


What you will be responsible for:

  • Design and execution of effective training programs
  • Train, support and mentor new employees in the Sales and Service departments
  • Conduct continuous evaluation of the written and oral communication of the employees to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training
  • Adaptation and/or initialisation of new training topics on the basis of the acquired knowledge
  • Conducting seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, role plays etc
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc
  • Evaluation of best practices in the industry
  • Familiarisation with new processes or products of the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance or related field
  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer with min. 3 years in a teaching position
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Competent working autonomously and to tight deadlines
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • English and Russian on the C2 level minimum
