Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to join our Global team, who can identify and build strong, lasting strategic relationships with new and existing partners, mainly in Asia, Africa and Latam Countries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in financial institution business development, driving B2B2C/D2C opportunities and exceeding targets.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a high performing team leader, head of business development or country manager with proven results
  • Experience in a finance or fintech company with sales partnerships
  • Have impeccable English language skills with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent business sense and interpersonal skills

Your role will include:

  • Maintaining and achieving/exceeding the targets within the assigned team and territory
  • Build, manage, and grow new strategic partnerships and leverage existing and past partner relationships
  • Exploiting the market potential while taking economic efficiency into account
  • Managing, leading and motivating the partnership managers team to achieve their targets and expand our partnership base
  • Regular evaluation and optimisation of partnership manager structures, increase in efficiency and development of necessary competencies.
  • Collaboration with other departments (e.g. marketing) for better implementation of their measures
  • Regular analysis and processing of key figures (CRM, BI, etc.) to measure success and initiate improvement measures
  • Optimisation and establishment of internal processes and procedures
  • Participation in the preparation of the annual budget
  • Regular and structured reporting to the Chief of Sales
