Requirements
- min. 5 years' experience as CMO or Head of Marketing.
- Experience in financial markets or cryptocurrencies
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead a large team (+10 members) and grow it according to the needs of the business
- Amazing analytical skills
- Outstanding creativity
- English fluent in spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Developing the marketing strategy of the company
- Creating, executing and managing promotional campaigns across various sources
- Analyse and report on the performance of all marketing activities
- Plan and organise the workload of all members of the marketing team
- Plan and manage the budget for the marketing department
