Content is important for us so we are looking for a qualified Website Moderator for reviewing photos, videos, profiles, and text-based content to join our team.
The candidate will:
- Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
- Create material for the website
- Support other departments responding to customer's queries
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies across the panel and suggest solutions
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about features and functionalities
- Be able to evaluate images/content and provide unbiased grading following the guidelines provided.
- Learn and use various internal tools to review and moderate content on the platform
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional teams
- Assist with one-off projects as opportunities arise
- Be Passionate, positive and proactive and have a desire for positive improvement in quality
- Work on shifts. Rotation between 07.00 to 23.00 on weekdays and 08.00 to 22.00 on weekends.
Requirements
- Previous experience will be considered a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Working operational knowledge and understanding of online platform moderation tools (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Commenting etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a proactive approach
- Greek language as a native and fluency in English is necessary
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Availability to work days, evening, nights, as well as weekends as and when required.
- Strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment
- Good and reliable internet access amp; laptop/PC
- Effective Time management amp; Prioritization skills
