We are growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we are looking for a Motors Business Sales Acoount Manager.

Mission: Your mission is to increase the profitable growth of the business by developing a more thorough and coherent presence of the car and motor dealers as well as other motors business. You will need to establish a sales strategy as per sector, create key accounts management and provide a segmented portfolio accustomed to the business needs in terms of promo jobs, pricing and marketing. You will do that under the cooperation of the sales director and the sales trainer.

Job responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contacts that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Sell Company services to existing customers, proactively or reactively promoting new services.
  • Organise meetings, presentations and demonstrations to Business customers promoting Bazaraki's services.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
  • Understand the customer needs, apply company expertise in Motors business, and provide the appropriate solution for client needs within their services portfolio.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bazaraki's services and how they can be exploited in motors business areas.
  • Maintain customer-related reports and records according to the procedures in order to keep Business customer data up to date.
  • Prepare and provide required sales documentation and promotional material to customers.
  • Gain and maintain a close relationship based on honesty, professionalism, and earnestness with the customers.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation.
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers, extending company offerings.
  • Communicate to sales management information on competitor’s activities, feedback from Business customers, and recommend proactive moves where appropriate.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Assist in structuring business channels' strategy and recommend ideas to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Contribute to the preparation of an attractive and innovative incentive scheme to attract new business customers.
  • Identification of new business opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback.

Requirements

Must Have

  • At least 3 years of B2B working experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English
  • Basic PC literacy skills. Basic proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Business understanding
  • Eligibility to work in Cyprus
  • Fulfilled Army duties for male individuals
