We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver training material to support the development of our teams.
The suitable candidate will record and analyze the output of training programs, for the continuous coaching of each team. Your training and coaching will impact how we engage and build profitable relationships with our client base by using your sales experience to coach and develop positive business outcomes and make a progressive impact on the culture of the business. This is a key role to ensure we deliver our ambitious sales targets.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, team-oriented, and will have the ability to work independently to meet timelines and business objectives.
- Deliver training to external partners and clients.
- Support new services launched with training to help drive client engagement.
- Conduct training sessions to advance both technical and client engagement excellence
- Design, develop, deliver and implement training for employees
- Deliver induction programs to internal teams
- Host career coaching conversations in which our people are supported through their own personal development
- Develop employee sales skills by implementing individual coaching plans.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing and conducting Role-Plays, Workshops, and other practical exercises to support the learning objectives and business needs.
- Prepares new employees by participating in the sales immersion program, conducting virtual and in-person training sessions, providing field coaching and assistance.
- Mentoring individual managers and employees on core concepts to improve performance
- Perform day to day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Working with partners in identifying appropriate, new training approaches and taking a leadership role in internalizing the training and delivery of new approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 2 years proven trainer experience
- Excellent presentation, planning, organization, and implementation skills
- Experience in coaching
- Experience in running multiple projects at a time
- Experience delivering sales training curriculum
- Experience leading front of the room training and delivering curriculum across sales and account management teams
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Advance English and Greek-speaking
- Sales experience, knowledge of sales methodologies, and experience with sales process optimization are required
