The Office Administrator will ensure the smooth operation of the HQ office. This role is tailored to cover all the enquiries that might arise from all the Departments. At the same time, this person will be assisting the Manager of Administration with day-to-day needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administration support for the office
Manage boardroom bookings, greeting guests
Arranging associates executive gifts
Assist in Corporate documents’ execution and filing
Manage phone calls/ emails
Assist in Business Trips process
Organizing internal and external meetings
Arranging regular office checks in coordination with Maintenance and Security
Manage correspondence by answering emails and phone calls
Update Stock control on a regular basis
Messenger Services and post (CY and abroad)
Handle payments through the relevant software and maintain budget control
Handle all office related orders (Stationary, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies)
Drive continuous improvement of office working environment and identify opportunities for improvements
Assist in planning and managing of the office budget
Ensure that office policies and procedures are implemented appropriately
Handle corporate apartments (control occupancy, cleaning before and after stay, maintenance, etc.)
Perform other duties requested by the Manager of Administration
