Job Description

Our partner is the Cypriot leader in the advertising of real estate, cars, and general classifieds. Every month they have more than 750,000 unique users view more than 45 million ad pages. Their mission is to improve their services day after day, offering state of the art technologically amp; commercially marketplace services to Cyprus. People are their key driving force of the business. Sharing the same enthusiasm for eCommerce and technology.

They are looking for a Motors Sales Manager that will strive to bring more automotive, motors and boat dealers in the platform.

Mission: Your mission is to increase the profitable growth of the business by developing a more thorough and coherent presence of the car and motor dealers as well as other motors business. You will need to establish a sales strategy as per sector, create key accounts management and provide a segmented portfolio accustomed to the business needs in terms of promo jobs, pricing and marketing. You will do that under the cooperation of the sales director and the sales trainer.


Major Responsibilities

  • Analyse the market. Provide a coherent segmentation as per business sector (i.e car, motors, boat dealers, second hand and new), providing specialised packages that would cover each need and sales support opportunities within each customer
  • Measure the profitability of each package, check customer potentiality to grow further and invest in those customers that will bring concrete results
  • Agree on the set targets with the CEO and strive to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Identify and analyse prospective customers' needs to present the full range of services offered by the company
  • Leverage customer opportunities and provide cross selling initiative these to increase profitable sales
  • Maintain customer and sales process information in CRM, collecting testimonials and referrals
  • Manage customer requests and coordinate internal resources to ensure requests are satisfied
  • Outbound lead acquisition and deals closure

Requirements

Must Have

  • A track record of B2B sales in the automotive industry
  • Computer savy, with a track record in the use of CRM and ERP
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in Greek and English
  • Eligibility to work in Cyprus
  • Fulfilled Army duties for male individuals
