We are at an exciting stage as we diversify into new markets and we are looking to hire two FX Training Officers to join our Training Department in our Limassol Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Train new and existing Employees on BDSwiss processes and product portfolio, with a focus on our Parter teams (IB/Affiliates)
- Train new and existing Employees on BDSwiss processes and product portfolio, with a focus on our Back Office teams (AO/Funding)
- Understand and communicate new product launches internally
- Deliver training to employees based on monitoring results
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions/sessions
- Identify training needs and assist the Head of Training as required
- Prepare assistive materials for internal distribution
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities to the Head of Training
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same position or FX industry will be considered an advantage
- Business fluency English, additional languages will be considered an advantage (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

- Confident in communicating to both to management and employees
