The Lamp;D role is a completely new role for the company and is very much in line with the company's focus on "learning, exchanging, advancing and prospering". The company wants to develop its staff members in order to drive success, therefore, Lamp;D is going to play a crucial role in the achievement of the company's ambitions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
- Manage Lamp;D budgets
- Introduce various types of training in the company
- Consult the business in terms of competencies needed to be developed and how to achieve that
- Implement and manage LMS
- Produce learning materials for the employees induction, HR policies and procedures etc.
- Responsible for the knowledge transfer from HR Projects to Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition teams
- Assessment of the impact of the individual or team development plans
- Deliver training / workshops in collaboration with local HR
Day to day duties:
- Work on the Implementation, roll out and constant improvement of the organization's Lamp;D strategies
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs; either in terms of competencies development or as part of the Succession planning and HiPos development focus
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, departmental learning paths and other trainings
- Work with managers to create individual learning paths
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Implement and administer the Learning Management System
- Track training budgets and negotiate contracts
- Exemplify and works towards the company's LEAP values
- Train, evaluate the knowledge gaps and constantly support the HR teams
Requirements
Sharp Business Acumen
Strong organizational skills
Strategic thinking
Experience in Lamp;D field / in similar role
Ability to communicate effectively and engage with employees as well as partners/vendors
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
HR expertise (best practices)
Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
