Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and analysis and data-driven suggestions on HR aspects (HR Policies and procedures, Recruitment, Compensation amp;Benefits, Talent Management, Performance Management, Lamp;D, etc.)
  • Management Reporting; introduction of new metrics and increase of the reporting efficiency project
  • Market Research on salaries in order to inform our Salaries Structure
  • Contribute in the efforts of creating an open channel with the business in terms of giving and receiving feedback through surveys and 1-on-1 discussions. This also includes implementation of a surveys tool
  • HR legal/regulatory reporting (e.g. gender pay gap)
  • Reporting on diversity and inclusion

Day to day duties:

  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, Talent Optimization tool, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, 1-on-1 discussions, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, employee engagement, turnover, etc.
  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
  • Identifies and recommends reasonable benchmarks for key HR metrics
  • Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to manage talent, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues
  • Collaborates with Internal Communication Team to implement a feedback tool
  • May assist HR team with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets
  • May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
