The role
We're looking for a Product Manager who has ideally worked on a Fintech product and can bring a positive mindset to work, delivering on customer outcomes and product roadmaps.
This opportunity comes at an exciting time of growth and expansion and will play a key role in the successful launch of Exinity’s new products and services, ranging from web platforms to mobile apps. You will collaborate with product, UX, development and marketing teams to deliver on this exciting new launch. Specifically, you will be responsible for the Trading area of our new mobile app and everything connected to investment decisions and position management. As such, we’re looking for someone with previous experience in a similar investment product or with a solid knowledge of trading financial markets.
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
Product Ideation: collaborating with the UX amp; Development teams to devise and design end-to-end user journeys. This also includes carrying out a variety of research, competitive analyses, user interviews and user testing exercises with the goal of creating customer focused products and experiences which are feasible for implementation.
Product Requirements amp; Delivery:
- Owning the roadmap and ensuring the relevant teams and stakeholders have a clear understanding of its content
- Manage the Product Backlog and prioritization of tasks within it, making it transparent and clear to all
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Development team to ensure functional requirements meet the highest level of quality and are delivered in a timely manner
- Defines the sprint scope in collaboration with the wider team and sets the sprint goals
- Define product or feature metrics to be monitored, make sure tracking is in place
- Brings teams together and coordinates the end-to-end process of delivering products and features by guiding the cross-functional team, providing deep product knowledge and making strategic decisions to maximize the business value of products
- Perform user acceptance of iteration results
Sales amp; Marketing: working with the marketing, sales and customer support departments to ensure they understand the products effectively to promote to the end customers
Post-Delivery: Assesses performance of the product / features implemented and communicates important metrics and user feedback to the team amp; stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in a digital product manager role within FinTech/Financial Services
- Strong understanding of leveraged trading terms and its principles such as leverage, margin level, slippage, stop out, spread, swaps, etc.
- Some experience in trading would be a plus!
- Proven experience developing new digital products or features of a product (web and/or mobile apps) across the full product life cycle from ideation to launch
- Previously worked in an Agile, fast-paced and demanding environment
- Proven experience converting product roadmaps and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.
- Clear and effective communication skills when working with technical and operational stakeholders
- Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, use case modelling, workflow design, and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills; having worked with Architecture, Design, Development, QA, and Support teams<
