The Role
As the Affiliate Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our affiliate marketing program, working closely with our Affiliate Manager and Executive. Your role will involve everything from welcoming new affiliates onboard to keeping communications smooth and assisting wherever needed. Your dedication will ensure our affiliates have the support and resources they need to thrive.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to
- Working collaboratively with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to assess the quality of affiliates, reviewing new affiliate applications, and requesting additional information if required.
- Onboarding new affiliates via affiliate management software and assisting them with program-related inquiries.
- Coordinating communication between affiliates and different departments such as Legal amp; Compliance, Onboarding, Finance, Global Partners, and Marketing Teams.
- Managing affiliate accounts by ensuring accurate tracking, including monitoring and reporting on their performance.
- Reviewing approved affiliates’ content for accuracy and compliance and identifying unauthorized traffic sources and brand mentions using the web compliance tools provided.
- Handling routine administrative tasks related to the affiliate program, including but not limited to monthly invoicing and payments management, responding to support queries, and collecting appropriate KYC documents if required.
- Collaborating with the Affiliate Manager to ensure partners are kept updated with changes to our product and service offering via regular newsletters, ad-hoc communications, and surveys.
- Working with Design teams to maintain the affiliate creatives library, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant.
- Collaborating with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to identify areas of improvement, including the team’s internal processes.
About You
- Demonstrated experience of 2+ years in a fast-paced environment, preferably in affiliate management, digital advertising, or customer support.
- Experience in financial services, particularly in FX/CFD/Trading, is desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams, across different functions, and in offices located in various time zones.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- General understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and technology platforms such as CellXpert, Impact, AppsFlyer, and Campaign Manager 360.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a highly motivated and positive attitude towards achieving success.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, capable of managing changing deadlines and working autonomously.
