The Role
As our Account Manager, you will be joining a talented team of Sales professionals as one of the first points of contact for prospective Pepperstone clients. You'll be communicating with our clients via phone and email, actively trying to convert our European leads. You`ll assist our clients by building a strong knowledge of our products and platforms and providing custom solutions to overcome their unique challenges. Ultimately, your goal will be to promote our brand, convert, and provide exceptional value to clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to
- Building out relationships with warm leads and existing clients by providing excellent client communication through phone calls, emails
- Advising clients on market moves, risk management, and trading strategies
- Maintaining client interest in trading markets through regular dissemination of market analysis and trade opportunities
- Building a strong knowledge of our products and platforms, and using it efficiently to solve client queries
- Ad-hoc tasks, including translations of market analysis, contributing to improvement project
About You
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
- Exceptional verbal amp; written communication skills (including negotiation processes)
- Willingness to commit to ongoing learning and development; ability to acquire new knowledge amp; skills quickly
- Customer service or sales experience is highly regarded
- Ability to present complex information in a simple manner, e.g. trading concepts
- Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers
- Sound decision-making and critical thinking
- Experience with trading platforms and financial investments
- Willingness to connect with many different clients on the phone
