Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and onboard new customers in by using digital channels;
- Own the complex sales cycle with our largest merchants - from the prospecting stage to closing deals;
- Recognize opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted markets, utilizing professional online tools;
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients turning them into our ambassadors;
- Support clients to identify, navigate and overcome technical or systemic complexities to drive the adoption of new payment technology;
- Ensure that project goals are met and adhere to approved budget;
- Participate actively in developing our e-commerce activities and strategies;
- Become an expert in selling VivaWallet’s world class financial solutions;
- Provide expertise, feedback, analysis and after-sales support where necessary;
- You will also be responsible for maximizing the potential of your sales team, developing sales plans and justifying these plans to your management.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of expertise in B2B field sales at mid senior level management;
- Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions;
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
- Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability;
- Strong organizational and diary management skills;
- Resiliency and the ability to handle objections;
- The motivation to succeed, both personally and financially;
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
