We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to join our team. As an IT Administrator at Intergo Telecom, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of computer systems, networks, and servers.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Implement security measures and perform regular system backups.
  • Assist with the procurement and setup of new hardware and software.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security concepts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
