As the CRM Manager at Intergo Telecom, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement CRM initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase customer retention, and drive company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure the CRM system is effectively utilized to capture and track customer data
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer retention strategies
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and security
- Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and present findings to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with CRM industry trends and recommend system enhancements and upgrades
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a CRM Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and database management
- Experience in analyzing customer data to drive marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
