FlexCar is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Junior Partnerships Associate to join our offices in Nicosia, Cyprus. This is a unique opportunity for an Entry Level position within the fastest growing Greek scale-up company and one of the fastest in Europe.

Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor all repair processes, which may be a result of accidents or ordinary checkups
- Ensure that the fleet is maintained in excellent condition by scheduling repair reviews, ordering vehicle parts and communicating with car workshops
- Receive the invoices from workshops, enter data in the google sheet and archive them properly
- Handling all the process related to car fines
- Move cars from or to workshops within the Nicosia area
- Calculate customers extra kilometers
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in car workshops or in the automotive industry
- BSc/BA and/or Master’s in Economics, Business Administration/Mechanical Engineering or another related field from a top tier University in Cyprus and beyond
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a hyper-growth environment
- Trustworthy and dependable personality with a strong work ethic and attitude in problem-solving
- Excellent command of the Greek/ English language (both written and spoken)
- Computer literacy
- Ideally you are an automotive enthusiast!
