Your daily activities as Head of Transaction Reporting will be:

  • Ensure the quality, completeness, accuracy and timeliness of MiFID II transaction reporting.
  • Ensure EMIR/REFID Reporting is performed accurately and on time.
  • Identify, develop and implement an effective control framework to manage risk amp; mitigate errors.
  • Monitor daily transaction and execution quality reporting, ensuring failed and exception reports are investigated, actioned and completed in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure transaction reporting process runs as efficiently as possible.
  • Work with Company’s vendor as required to ensure the execution quality monitoring is effective.
  • Identify improvement areas and take action.

You are best for this role if you have/are:

  • Proven Experience in Trade and Transaction Reporting for MiFID II.
  • Proven Experience in EMIR/REFID reporting.
  • Proven experience in RTS28 and RT27 reporting obligations.
  • Familiar with CRS/FATCA reporting.
  • Experience in Market Abuse Regulation.
