Your role will be pivotal in developing a reporting system that enables business users to quickly access information for problem-solving and situation assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive managerial reporting systems.
- Manage this reporting system as a product, including gathering requirements, maintaining a backlog of enhancements and ideas, implementing processes, and automation.
- Effectively set tasks, clarify requirements, and coordinate with involved teams.
- Innovate, implement, and champion best practices in data management and reporting.
- Work closely with internal customers to gather task requirements, manage changes, and set expectations.
- Draw insights from data, not just intuition, and contribute to a strong analytical culture within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and understanding of their advantages and limitations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and gather task requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive conclusions from data.
- Team player with strong collaborative skills.
Will be an advantage**:**
- Ability to work without clear specifications or to develop them effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Python and willingness to develop these skills.
- Familiarity with console commands and basic knowledge of Git commands like 'git pull' and 'git push'.
- Interest in design, including UI/UX.
