The main role of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is to contribute to recruitment activities to fill internal open positions by recruiting top talent worldwide. Additionally, the specialist will partake in HR projects and assist in day-to day HR tasks whenever needed.Your daily activities as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be:

  • Execute end to end recruitment process.
  • Ensure that all new hires match our company culture and work ethics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfil their staffing needs and set up the best process.
  • Research and implement new recruitment methods and fine tune strategies in the department.
  • Grow Admiral Markets/Admirals employer brand.
  • Keep the company updated about local labor market changes.
  • Ensure that recruitment process work correctly.
  • Consult company management, providing HR and recruitment guidance.
  • Assist with global HR Projects.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to adapt recruitment solutions, programs and policies.

You are best for this role if you have/are:

  • Relevant experience in recruitment 3+ years.
  • Knowledge of the financial services/fintech sector is a plus.
  • Professional higher education (degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or in another relevant field).
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Teams, Forms, Applicant Tracking Systems, Social Media, etc.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
