Responsibilities:
As a member of our growing team you will be involved in all stages of the development of our projects. Your key daily tasks will include:
- You will proactively check and ensure the reliability, performance, usability and UX of the product
- Be part of every step of the development process and act as an enchancer for the development team
- Use test automation software programs like Cypress
- Write and apply test plans, test cases, execute tests and automations in both live and development environments
- Improve procedures, increase proactive testing capabilities of the organisation and the overal product quality, introduce QA best practices.
- Enhance our test cases to cover every aspect of our products.
- You will manage the test environments, report and log bugs in our project management tool, liase with Software Development Manager to ensure prompt resolution of bugs/issues
- You will need to break things, find root causes of problems and describe them in tasks for the developers.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
- 4+ years of professional QA experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and report software defects.
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Ability to write and improve our test cases
- Participate in discussions for upcoming projects
- Experience on Test Automation tools like Cypress will be considered as a plus
