Intergo Telecom Ltd., a fast-growing technology company specializing in telecommunication platforms and services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Destination Manager to join our team. As the Destination Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing our A2P SMS (Application-to-Person Short Messaging Service) operations. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with international carriers and ensuring efficient routing and delivery of SMS messages.
Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of Vendors and Clients in assigned destinations
- Procurement and maintaining of promotional lists in destinations under management.
- Manage and optimize the routing of A2P SMS messages to ensure high delivery rates
- Monitor and analyze SMS traffic patterns and implement strategies to improve performance
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with international carriers, aggregators, and other partners
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
- Analyze market demand and identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the A2P SMS industry
- Strong knowledge of international carrier relations and SMS routing
- Proven track record of optimizing SMS traffic and improving delivery rates
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
