Intergo Telecom Ltd, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of NOC Department (A2P SMS amp; Voice). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the A2P SMS and Voice operations of the company's Network Operations Center (NOC). Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of NOC engineers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NOC, ensuring service availability and quality.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for A2P SMS and Voice operations.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer support, and sales, to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to A2P SMS and Voice services.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Telecommunications, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on A2P SMS and Voice operations.
- Proven experience in managing a NOC or similar operations center.
- In-depth knowledge of A2P SMS and Voice technologies, protocols, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
