As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email newsletters
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to coordinate marketing initiatives and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
