Job Summary

The Junior Account Manager in Sales Support is responsible for assisting Top sales people and regional head's in managing and growing the company's sales revenue. This role involves various administrative, coordination, and customer service tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process and to maintain excellent relationships with clients. The Junior Account Manager will work closely with senior account managers (Emerald club members), regional heads, and clients to address their needs and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and provide assistance as required.
  • Sales Support: assist the SAM's (EC members) and regional heads with their client related and personal related requests.
  • Account Management: help manage client accounts by tracking orders, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of Exante's services.
  • Data Management: maintain and update customer information in the company's CRM system.
  • Documentation: prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Problem Resolution: address client concerns and issues promptly, coordinating with other departments if necessary.
  • Sales Meetings: attend and contribute to sales meetings, providing updates on client accounts and support needs.
  • Product Knowledge: stay informed about the company's products or services to better assist clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a similar field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Fluent English and Russian.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
