The Role
Our Digital Marketing Executive will support Pepperstone`s overall strategic objectives across acquisition, retention, and customer experience in the EMEA and LATAM markets. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve all facets of digital marketing, including paid search, programmatic and social media. You will also be responsible for driving marketing performance through data analysis.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager and the wider EMEA and LATAM marketing team in delivering activities across the mix
- Run the EMEA and LATAM paid search, display, native, video, and paid social advertising campaigns
- Support the growth of our YouTube and Social Media accounts through organic content
- Write copy for the website, landing pages, emails, text ads, banners, native ads, and social media
- Prepare reports and analyze campaign performance, using insights to recommend optimizations
- Share insights on key market trends and competitor activity
- Review and optimize campaign landing pages with the goal of improving conversion rates
- Manage translations with internal and external translators
- Assist with ad hoc department duties
About you
- Being fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential
- Experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- A clear understanding of various marketing platforms (Google Ads, Display amp; Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Analytics 360, Tag Manager 360, Looker Studio, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads) and how best to communicate on each
- Understanding of SEO and ASO principles
- Vast knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Planning and time management

- Commitment to further learning and development
